Families come in all shapes and sizes. You can’t choose your family and we somehow have to learn to accept, live and let live with people we may not choose to have in our lives.
You may be having difficulties with a child or step-child, parent or parent-in-law, or a partner’s ex. These feelings of anger, frustration, and sadness you may be feeling are perfectly normal.

Counselling offers support for you in your current circumstances and together we can work out ways in which you can see things more objectively and communicate more effectively with the family members concerned.
