There are many different types of depression and just as many causes of depression.

Some signs of being depressed are:

  • Life is becoming hard work and has lost its meaning
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Exhaustion
  • Lack of interest in sex
  • Under or over eating
  • Crying for no obvious reason

If you have two or more of the above symptoms for a week or more then it’s best to get some help. Counselling can give you the opportunity to explore these feelings and behaviours and help you figure out what is causing your depression.  Together we can look at ways that you can overcome what is going on so that you can live a more free and fulfilling life.
